By accessing and using Outpost (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Outpost is a business management platform that enables users to manage contractors, invoices, payments, and related business operations. The Service is provided by Narra Labs ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
5. Payment Terms
If you use paid features of the Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Narra Labs and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

While we strive to provide a reliable and secure service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or absolute security from all possible threats.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IN NO EVENT SHALL NARRA LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
11. Release and Indemnification
If you have a dispute with one or more users of the Service, you agree to release Narra Labs from any and all claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Narra Labs from any claims, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms, to the extent such claims are not caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to cancel your account, you may do so from your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the Service or our users.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Narra Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
